Refund & Cancellation

1. Digital Goods Policy

Since Ignite provides non-tangible, irrevocable digital content (Pro Access Decks), we do not issue refunds once the transaction is complete and the content is accessible. As a user, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any product on our site.

2. Payment Failures

In the event that a payment is successful (amount debited from your account) but the Pro Access is not activated on your device, please contact us immediately at support@playignite.fun with your transaction ID. We will resolve the issue or process a manual refund within 5-7 business days.

3. Duplicate Transactions

If you have accidentally been charged twice for the same product, please reach out to our support team. Verified duplicate charges will be refunded to the original payment source within 7-10 working days.

4. Cancellation

You may stop using the service at any time. However, there is no "cancellation fee" or subscription to cancel, as our Pro Access is currently a one-time lifetime purchase.
